ResumeChiefz provides AI-powered resume building tools for personal job search use. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
For the one-time Pro plan, all sales are final once access has been granted.
ResumeChiefz uses AI to generate resume content based on information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before using it in job applications. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
The ResumeChiefz platform, branding, and technology are owned by ResumeChiefz. Resume content you generate using your own information belongs to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeChiefz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
